Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers with professionalism and care

Assist passengers in scanning of boarding passes

Appropriately direct passengers to the correct queuing lines 

Answer basic queries from passengers 

Oversee and assist with the passenger boarding pass scanning process.

What We’re Looking For:

A customer service focused mindset

Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus

Strong people skills and attention to detail

Able to work shifts, including nights and weekends

Must pass background checks and be physically fit for the role
