Accounts Officer

What Will Be Your Role?

· Issue accurate, timely invoices and maintain high billing accuracy through thorough checks.

· Manage customer billing data and handle billing-related queries professionally.

· Maintain organized billing documentation and prepare regular performance reports.

· Support process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce errors.

· Oversee end-of-month billing tasks, including reconciliations and invoice finalization.

· Update customer rates and pricing changes in the billing system.

· Contribute to digital transformation projects, including system upgrades and automation.

· Assist with broader finance tasks such as reconciliations, audits, data analysis, and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

· Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts administration

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Confidence working with billing systems and Microsoft Excel

· Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients

· Strong analytical ability and comfort working with financial data

· A proactive, reliable work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
