About the Role

You will be responsible for developing complete ELV system designs, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), producing cost estimations, and supporting project teams from tendering through to installation and handover. The role requires precision, technical depth, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce ELV system designs including schematics, layouts, device placements, and cable routing.

· Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

· Develop accurate BOQs, cost estimations, and pricing sheets.

· Analyse tender documents, specifications, and project drawings.

· Prepare method statements, technical submittals and compliance documentation.

· Support project managers and site teams with design clarifications and site surveys.

· Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.

· Contribute to quality assurance, technical audits, and continuous improvement of internal design processes.

Background & Experience

· Qualification in Electronics, ICT, Construction, or a related field.

· 2–4 years’ experience in ELV design, drafting, or quantity surveying.

· Experience in technical project environments or low-voltage contracting.

· Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, Intruder Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling, Automation, and Gate/Barrier systems.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.

· Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and schematics.

· Strong estimation and cost-analysis capabilities
