We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the strategy, sales performance, and market positioning of our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions portfolio, including fire and gas detection, alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.
Role Overview
You will lead sales, marketing, and business development for the ELV division, guide a multidisciplinary team, build strong B2B pipelines, and ensure we remain a trusted partner for high-quality ELV solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the ELV commercial strategy.
· Lead and mentor the commercial team.
· Build and manage B2B pipelines across key sectors.
· Oversee the full sales cycle and key client relationships.
· Drive pricing, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
