Securital is looking for an energetic and business-minded person with the ability to lead one of its key security services.
This is a key management role for someone who combines strong operational capability with excellent administrative, organisational and people-management skills. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, thinks commercially and can turn operational requirements into effective results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities and service delivery.
- Manage workforce planning, rostering, deployment and utilisation of resources.
- Lead, motivate and support operational teams and supervisors.
- Build strong relationships with clients and respond effectively to operational requirements.
- Ensure high standards of service, compliance, safety and operational discipline.
- Manage operational documentation, reporting and administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service quality.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of operational employees.

- Proven experience in operations management or a comparable service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent planning, administration and organisational ability.
- Good commercial awareness and a business-focused mindset.
- Confidence in managing competing priorities and making decisions under pressure.
