Compliance & Operations Manager

Mater Dei Hospital | Securital 

Securital is looking for an experienced and hands-on Compliance & Operations Manager to oversee the effective, safe and compliant delivery of security operations at Mater Dei Hospital and associated locations.  

This is a highly operational role requiring a visible presence on the ground, strong leadership and the ability to identify and address operational weaknesses before they develop into service issues.  

The Role

• Overseeing day-to-day security operations and the effective deployment of personnel. 

• Monitoring Supervisors and Senior Officers and ensuring operational standards are maintained. 

• Conducting scheduled and unannounced inspections, patrol checks and operational audits. 

• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, site instructions and security procedures. 

• Managing security incidents, investigations and emergency responses. 

• Identifying security vulnerabilities and ensuring corrective actions are followed through. 

• Reviewing operational reports and maintaining high standards of documentation. 

• Liaising professionally with Mater Dei Hospital Security Management and other stakeholders.  

About You

• Experience in security operations, guarding, facilities security or a related operational environment. 

• Previous supervisory or management experience. 

• Experience handling security incidents, investigations and operational emergencies. 

• Good knowledge of physical security, incident management and risk mitigation. 

• Strong report-writing, documentation and IT skills. 

• A valid Security Guard Licence and/or relevant security qualifications, where applicable. 

• Experience within a hospital, critical infrastructure or similarly complex environment would be considered an asset.  

You should be hands-on, observant, organised and decisive, with the confidence to enforce standards fairly while maintaining constructive relationships with employees, management and clients.
